12-month Market Strategy

I began my career working with fine artists, helping them build sustainable businesses and expand into new markets. That work eventually led me to co-found Buck the Cubicle, where I served as producer and led client relations for an award-winning commercial storytelling production company working with international brands.
I later stepped into an executive marketing role with a global fitness brand, where my focus shifted toward scaling systems, expanding digital platforms, and supporting long-term growth strategy. The experience deepened my ability to connect creative vision with operational structure—ensuring ideas could grow into sustainable programs and businesses.
Over the past two decades I’ve worked across creative, corporate, and nonprofit sectors as a partner, vendor, and organizational leader. Today, through MBP Consulting Group, I work with nonprofits and creative organizations to strengthen operations, align funding strategies, and build structures that support long-term sustainability. I currently also serve in an interim leadership role with a regional arts nonprofit while continuing to support clients through consulting engagements.
Art Lab Co is the community-facing creative initiative of MBP Consulting Group. While MBP focuses on strengthening organizations behind the scenes, Art Lab Co brings creativity directly into the community through hands-on art and STEM enrichment.
Working with local schools, PTAs, and community partners throughout Whatcom County, Art Lab Co offers after-school programs and creative workshops that encourage building, making, and problem-solving through art, design, and emerging technologies.
It’s a space where creativity and practical learning meet — helping the next generation think differently, work with their hands, and explore new ideas.
